All catering packages include bread or corn bread, pickles, jalapeños, and sauce.
Step 1: Pick Your Package
(All packages are buffet style. Individual orders are available upon request.)
Lower Wacker: ONE MEAT, 1 SIDE . . . $11.95 per person
Lakeshore: TWO MEATS, 1 SIDE . . .$14.95 per person
Gold Coast: THREE MEATS, 1 SIDE . . . $17.95 per person
Add additional: Meat $5.95 OR Side $2.95 per person
Step 2: Pick your meats & sides
OUR MEATS: Pulled pork, beef brisket, pulled chicken, rib tips, smoked wings, cheddar jalapeño brat, bacon, St. Louis ribs (additional $3.95/pp)
HOMEMADE SIDES: Creamy slaw, bacon chive potato salad, brisket beans, 3 cheese mac, bacon & blu pasta salad, garden salad
Step 3: Add-on Desserts & Drinks /prices are per person
HOMEMADE DESSERTS (when available): Chocolate Chip Cookie ($1.95), Double Chocolate Chip Brownie ($2.95), Rustic Cherry Tart & Signature Chocolate S'mores Tart ($5.95).
DRINKS: Bottled water-Aqua Fina ($2.25); Pepsi Products ($3.25): Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Serra Mist, Pure Leaf Sweetened/Unsweetened Tea, Minute Maid Lemonade
SET UP: Do you need a sterno, plates and utensils? Please inquire at time of order -additional charge.
